AST has developed a comprehensive management review program customizable to provide any sized automobile dealership or automobile dealership group with important operational reviews on a regular basis. Management Review services provide the dealer with critical information about the operating practices of the dealership. Our automotive professionals inquire of, and analyze, operations to determine if they are within generally accepted guidelines and provide insight into ways to minimize risk and improve profitability.

The management review program requires one day and involves one reviewer. The dealer gives the reviewer the authorization to ask automobile dealership personnel about the operating practices of the dealership and to review the books and records to corroborate.

At the end of the day the reviewer delivers a prepared report to the dealer and discusses the findings and recommendations. The management review is designed to give the automobile dealership a cost effective way to perform internal audit procedures while gaining the expertise and recommendations of seasoned automotive management consultants.
